Pancea goes Flag-to-Flag to win at Portland

Portland International Raceway -(July 2, 2011) Lucian Pancea took his first win of the season in race 7 of the 2011 F1000 Pro Series sponsored by Goodyear Racing Tires, Williams Racing Developments and George Dean Engines with partner sponsors Hyperco, Jongbloed Racing Wheels, Ballistic Performance Components, Elizabeth Jackson Artwork, and Geartronics North America.

Pancea who started on pole was never headed as he lead from flag-to-flag to take adominant win.

Under clear blue skies and warm temperatures, the F1000 field took the split start some 40 seconds ahead of the main field of national competitors.

JR Osborne Battles to Victory in Race 6 of the 2011 F1000 Pro Series

Pacific Raceways (May 30, 2011) - JR Osborne once again battled adversity to take his third victory of the season in the 2011 F1000 Pro Series sponsored by Goodyear Racing Tires, Williams Racing Developments and George Dean Engines with partner sponsors Hyperco, Jongbloed Racing Wheels, Ballistic Performance Components, Elizabeth Jackson Artwork, and Geartronics North America.

Osborne of Castle Rock, Colorado spent the majority of the race locked in battle over first place with Canadian Kyle Oberndorf, with Osborne evenually prevailing to take the win and close within four points of Dave Palmer for the lead in the 2011 Driver's Championship.

Lucian Pancea takes Pole Position for Race 6 of the 2011 F1000 Pro Series


 Pancea circled the track at an amazing 18:308. Yesterday's unofficial winner of Race 5 JR Osbourne set second best time followed by Nicholas Belling and Kyle Oberndorf third and fourth. Series newcomer Glenn Cooper clocked the fifth fastest time at 1:19.953 followed by Dave Palmer and John LaBrie in the lone Phoenix.
